Information you choose to provide

When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, email address, and message. We use those details to respond to your inquiry and support requested activities. Please do not include sensitive financial or medical details in a contact form.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics and our existing self-hosted Matomo analytics to understand website use and improve our pages. Google Analytics may use cookies and collect device information, approximate location, and page interactions. Matomo is configured without analytics cookies. Optional analytics do not load before you choose to allow them.

We do not send contact-form names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, or URL query values to these analytics tools. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Detailed Google Analytics event data is retained for 14 months. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control as a default choice not to enable optional analytics.

Your analytics choice is stored in this browser’s local storage. You can change it here or clear this site’s browser storage. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using this website.

Donations and outside websites

Donation buttons may direct you to Givebutter or other clearly identified services. Those services handle their own payment and personal information under their privacy terms. A donation-button click measured on this website is not a record of a completed donation. We do not collect card details in website analytics.

Sharing, security, and retention

We do not sell information submitted through this website. We use service providers as needed to operate our website and respond to requests. Normal server logs may contain IP addresses and request information for operations and security. We use reasonable safeguards and retain information as needed for requested activities and legitimate recordkeeping.
